Through the creation of greener harmonious efforts, pursued in relationships with indigenous rainforest communities, modern methods of land cultivation, and mining can be replaced with harvesting techniques. These replacements will preserve the natural character of the land and forested environments. Economies within secluded indigenous areas are developed through this consorted effort, as an alternative to the clearing of pristine rainforests for mining, or farming.

The nuts and berries sustainingly harvested by the local inhabitants of the rain-forested regions of Central and South America, yield economic value to those communities.
